Unless otherwise specified during checkout, orders are usually fulfilled within 5 business days after the order has been received and typically arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Please include a physical address as we cannot guarantee delivery to a post office box. While we pack our speculoos with sufficient cushioning, utilizing environmentally friendly materials, unfortunately we cannot guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our facility.
